if i could count every little thing in my life that gives me inspiration, i would.
but unfortunately, and to think of it FORTUNATELY, there are so many things that inspire me.

a conversation,
a smile,
anything can [and probably will] inspire me.


so, there's no doubt that the past two weeks have inspired me a ton.

partying non stop is the way to go.

I'm working on a new song called "hour 23"

it has a WWIII theme. like, it describes events occuring in a nuclear warzone, but not really detailed. like, you see the big picture, but it's more personal in a way.

i'm really proud of the song.



a word of advice,

don't eat mcdonalds after not having mcdonalds for a VERY long time.

it's gross.

I heard about Mindless Self Indulgence's "If" from my friend. I got into them with their cds You'll Rebel To Anything and Frankenstein Girls Will Seem Strangely Sexy, but I hadn't heard from their new album.

So, I got it and from the beginning it grabbed me in and made me love it instantly.

I especially love "Never Wanted To Dance" "Issues" "Perscription" and "Get It Up"


Putting negative media statements aside, Scarlett Johansson's cd "Anywhere I Lay My Head" is honestly really good. It's acquired taste, and made me think of Tegan and Sara music wise with a voice reminiscent of 90's rock. Her single "Falling Down" is my given favorite, but I really like "Anywhere I Lay My Head" "I Don't Wanna Grow Up" and "No One Knows I'm Gone". If you like Tegan and Sara, you'll probably really like this. It's a good mix of indie and dark electronic trip hop.


t.A.T.u.'s upcoming album "Waste Management" seems to have a solid release date for this month, but the release date has been changed before. It was scheduled to be released December 07, but was postponed multiple times.
The album's lead single "White Robe" [with a theme of World War II and speculative theme of reincarnation] was released back in late fall last year. It's video can be seen on YouTube in it's Russian version, "Belyi Plaschik".


Duffy's debut album, "Rockferry" has gotten some buzz in the US but is big in the UK. Already started to play on Sonic Radios around the country, Duffy's lead single "Mercy" presents to us a rush of rythmic 60's soul influenced song; with hidden influences of the music of today. Her second single "Warwick Avenue" has not gotten as much buss in the US, but is still a great song with a great vieo. Check it out, I blast it in the car everytime I got out.
As for me, I'm doing really great :)

"You're My Cocaine" will be the first track on the demo cd. Along with "A City Scribbled Out" and "Should've Felt This Coming".

A City Scribbled Out isn't on the player on my myspace, but in the next few weeks it'll be up there.

Everything's coming together :) And I can just feel the June breeze.

this weekend has been really great.

doing the usual, but it's just been way more fun lately.

i finished a revisited demo of this song "Wonderland". it sounds really great and i love it.

i found an old demo from 06 of this song called Hidden, which i'm gonna start working on reproducing soon.

also, i have an idea for a song called Freakshow (I mat retitle it, because it'd be too similar to Britney's song).. it's gonna be similar to Christina Aguilera's "Enter The Circus"/"Welcome", that creepy sound :D

i've adopted a new jazz feel, similar to the stuff Mark Ronson does for Amy Winehouse, himself, Lily Allen, etc. it sounds great.

AND AND AND "Should've Felt This Coming" is on my myspace player :)

Ashlee Simpson's new cd "Bittersweet World" has seriously amazed me.

it's probably my favorite one of hers. Though, I really enjoyed Autobiography, and i LOVE I Am Me.

My favorite songs on BW are "Murder" [i fucking love it, it gave me some cool ideas], "Rule Breaker", "Ragdoll", and of course my long loved songs "Outta My Head (Ay ya ya)" and "Little Miss Obsessive".

I really like how she had Timbaland come and do his thing on top of her work.

Also, Madonna's cd "Hard Candy" comes out on the 29th. I'm really hyped, I've heard some of the stuff that's leaked, but I'm definitely waiting to buy the cd.

I really like "Heartbeat" from her new cd. But my favorite will probably always be "4 Minutes"


So, inspired by "Murder" i'm working on this tribal sounding heavy synth song that's also inspired greatly by my reading on how tribes around the amazon river in South America use psychedlics to contact the spirit world and stuff in their rituals/ceremonies. so far, the song is sounding like a south american tribal ceremony. ha.

i'm not gonna release all my new material for another few months though.
i'm gonna keep the songs i have already til the No Outlet EP has been out for a while. i'm thinkin about a June/July release for it.

so no new material til like September :( BUT,  i love how i'mt taking time to do this all.

No Outlet was kinda rushed, and I didn't take that much time to perfect my songs, though I love how they sound!

yesterday i got pretty high with my friends.

we're driving around, and i'm in the back seat..
i'm staring out the window and into the sky, and i get this feeling, a sorta 'sixth sense', that there's alien presence somewhere near.


i was like "...oh well" and we went around and had fun.

i didn't say anything to my friends.


the next morning, this morning.. i watched the news and there was a short [almost unnoticed] clip about some people claming to have seen ufos last night [4.21.08, the same day i got stoned and got that feeling].

i'm not still completely sure if i believe there were aliens or ufos or whatever.. [i believe in them for sure though]

BUT, i do know that this is weird! i love it.


and i noticed that everytime i get high, my sixth sense gets stronger.

i'm working on two new songs:

- A City Scribbled Out
- Cop Out



"A City Scribbled Out" is an indie rock slightly electronic power ballad. i love the layering in it, and the opening echoed and reverbed guitar plucks. it starts out just the guitar plucks and some synths, then the drums come in with some more guitar. it's really rad :)

"Cop Out" is a really cool industrial/electronic/indie angry breakup song. it sounds similar to "S+M" so I call it S+M Part 2 haha. though it sounds similar to S+M, it's less dance/techno/electronica and more industrial. i'm really feeling my lyrics for it:

Four years ago, haha.

that's pretty much the last time I saw Emily.

So, Clint gave me her number and I texted her.

We were automatically like, "dude, we have to hang out!"

Then, today after I get out of school, Emily comes and picks me up and we go back to her place and have ourselves a baking party. It was great.   We looked at old pictures from around the time we were hanging out and we laughed... uncontrolably.

Pretty much after that we went to Burger King and had a ton of food and she dropped me off.


Really good time!! I've missed her so much.


I can't wait to do it again!! :D

So.. the garage sale got pushed to next saturday.. *sadness* but it'll still be rad.

I'm getting some extra money this weekend, so it'll just be great on top of the garage sale.

I CAN'T WAIT TO GET MY 12 DOLLAR OVER PRICED ULTRAVIOLET UNDIES!

And I mean, I'm not too big of a fan of JStar, or really a "fan" at all... but i REALLY love thos black "cunt" underwear!!!!

we want money for shit, so we're gonna sell stuff we don't want.


i searched through my drawers and found this really kickass pair of black fitted pants with zippers and shit on them [not like the baggy tripp pants, like, tight :D]... i'm not gonna sell those.

but i found like a billion pairs of shorts that i'm gonna sell. i don't wear shorts unless they're gym shorts.. so they're all gonna go.

and i found some old shirts and a hoodie from when i was huge.

i'm sitll searching for more stuff, but i have great expectations for this garage sale.



i'm really wanting to get these ultraviolet briefs from american apparel.



they're 12 bucks, kinda pricey for just ONE pair of briefs...
but i'm gonna get them :]

and when we went and got food, she came out and like ATTACKED me with love.
it was great.

i miss that chick.
we definitely need to hang with her soon.


so, my mother called me to see if i wanted to go eat lunch with her.
we're going to some chinese buffet in lee's summit.
